No PowerPoint, no lectern, relaxed lunch time leadership talk.
Lunch & Leadership Conversations
Leadership is not learned only in a classroom. It is forged through experience, difficult decisions, success, failure, and honest conversations.
Our Lunch & Leadership Conversations are small-group, interactive discussions designed for 5 to 20 participants in a relaxed setting. There are no PowerPoint presentations, no lectures, and no whiteboards—just lunch and an open conversation about leadership. Drawing on 23 years as a U.S. Navy SEAL officer and the experience of building a successful small business, Scott Chierepko shares authentic leadership stories from real missions and real business challenges, connecting each lesson to the realities of today's corporate workplace.
Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share their own experiences, and explore the leadership challenges they face every day. Conversations often range from building trust and accountability to making decisions under pressure, leading through uncertainty, developing resilient teams, and creating a culture where people want to perform at their best. Nothing is scripted, and every session evolves based on the interests and questions of the group—including the opportunity to ask about life in the SEAL Teams and the leadership principles behind it.
The result is an engaging, memorable experience where everyone leaves with practical leadership insights they can apply immediately in their own careers and organizations.
